Happy Monday!

Hi everyone! The weekend is over and it's Monday! But no need to get the blues, because I look forward to a wonderful week and hope to enlighten you all with my good mood today. This week is going to be fabulous because these five lovely things await me:
1) Enjoying the smell and taste of fresh coffee: I woke up this morning to enjoy my first cup of fresh coffee from my brand new baby named Pixie. It's from the Nespresso family and although George Clooney didn't deliver it to my door this weekend, I'm so happy to have a new tasteful toy in my kitchen...
2) Welcoming a sweet new baby boy: I'm so excited, because my best friend is having her second child tomorrow. We already know, it's going to be boy. So I can start shopping for cute clothes, like this adorable playsuit from Krima & Isa.
3) Improving my sewing skills: Last week I continued with my sewing lessons. Lara my teacher at Cermala Sewing is such a darling and I hope to be making my own handbags soon. For this week I'll stick with a beginners projects, like this lovely little makeup-roll from KellyRachel's blog. You can find the tutorial here.
4) Relaxing with a nice e-mag: When I come home from work today, I look forward to the newest issue of matchbook and a coffee from my Pixie...
5) Planing my trip to Amsterdam: I can't wait... I've booked a 5-day-trip to one of my favorite cities next week. In less than10 days I'll be strolling through the Jordaan, buying cool things at HEMA and looking for unique fabrics at the Albert-Cuyp-Market. Oh gosh, there's so much to see and I don't want to miss anything. So I better prepare with the best tipps, such as the Amsterdam guide from The Style Files.
As you see, my week is going to be great. I'm wishing you the same. What are you up to?

Hallo zusammen und einen wunderbaren Montag gewünscht! Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich euch mit meiner guten Laune heute anstecken kann, denn diese Woche erwarten mich fünf aufregend tolle Dinge:
1) Neuer Kaffee: Heute früh feierte meine neue Kaffeemaschine Premiere. Die kleine Pixie aus der Nespresso Famile überzeugt mich mit leckerem Geschmack und coolem Design. Und auch, wenn Sie nicht von George Clooney persönlich an meine Tür gebracht wurde, freue ich mich über mein tolles neues Küchenkind...
2) Neuer Erdenbewohner: Meine beste Freundin bekommt morgen ihr zweites Kind und ich bin super aufgeregt. Sie wohnt zwar in Schweden, aber wir sind immer noch so vertraute Freunde wie in der Grundschule. Es wird übrigens ein Junge und ich halte schon mal Ausschau nach süßen Outfits, wie dieses hier von Krima & Isa.
3) Neue Nähkünste: Letzte Woche habe ich endlich wieder Zeit gefunden, meinen Nähkurs zu besuchen. Lara, meine Lehrerin bei Cermala Nähkurse ist super nett und mit ihrer Hilfe habe ich schon erste Projekte kreiert. Bald hoffe, ich meine eigenen Handtaschen zu nähen. Aber das dauert sicher noch etwas und bin dahin übe ich fleissig weiter, z.B. mit dieser Kosmetiktasche und Anleitung von KellyRachel.
4) Neues Online-Magazin: Heute abend freue ich mich im neuen Heft von Matchbook zu blättern und dabei einen Cappuccino von meiner Pixie zu genießen.
5) Neuer City-Trip: Nächste Woche geht's in eine meiner absoluten Lieblingsstädte, nach Amsterdam. Ich war schon ein paar mal dort, aber es ist immer wieder wunderschön. Diesmal will ich unbedingt in den HEMA Store, auf Märkten nach Stoff gucken und neue kleine Lädchen in den angesagten Vierteln entdecken. Damit ich auch gut vorbereitet bin, stelle ich jetzt schon die angesagtesten Hot-Spots zusammen, z.B. aus dem Amsterdam Guide von The Style Files.
